As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Coordinator to help ensure our materials are tracked and managed with accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Position Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records in our database. As well as shipping and receiving, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting the smooth flow of goods within our organization. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of all customer owned assets

· Coordinate shipments and deliveries

· Manage inventory in database, prepare inventory usage reports and support audits and inspections when needed

· Track movement and activities of all inventory

· Enforce compliance with HSE and company inventory control procedures

· Adhere to quality procedures and policies in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Asset But Not Required:

· Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

· Proven experience in inventory management or related role
